Intervention & Integration
The twelve&up Initiative functions on the same principals and business processes as 11UI but focus specifically on youth aged 12-18. Like 11UI, the Intake and Referral Officer obtains consent allowing the partners to work with the young person and their family. Representation on the Steering Committee and intersectoral Collaboration Team (iCT) remain the same as 11UI.
